Hello wonderful Tech Cubers we are here with another episode of the Tech³Podcast. This is episode 3 of the Skills shortage series we are doing. On episode 1 we spoken to Mark Capaldi looking at the shortage from an organisational stand point. On episode 2 we spoke to Martyn Scott where we looked at the shortage from a talent and people perspective and on episode 3 we stay with the people theme and speak to Ashley Strachan, a Senior HR and Immigration Advisor at ECS. Ely and Ben discuss with Ashley about the effects on employee experience if talent is not developed and grown. Has she experienced any additional pressure to offer additional training opportunities for employees and her thoughts if she is seeing a skills shortage in the industry.
