Motivation comes and goes, so there are other things more important when sticking with your training and continuing to strive for your running goals.

In this episode, I share some insights from some of the most dedicated and committed runners I know about how they get and stay motivated, what strategies they use and what they think is more important than motivation. 

I also share an easy 4 step process for your to use to ensure you can keep focused on your goals, regardless of if motivation is present or not.
