I get it and so many people feel this way so time management is what I’ll be exploring on this episode and how it’s actually possible to feel like you have enough time. We will take a look at the research out there and common methods of managing time so you will get some great tips on what works and why it works so well. 

It’s not about perfection, getting to everything, doing it all or even productivity. You’ll learn that it’s all about being present, planning and cultivating memories. Maybe this sounds a bit woo woo but I assure you that there’s some great reasoning behind this so stay tuned and you’ll be able to figure out how to feel like you have more time while getting to all the important stuff.
