We discuss short and long term changes that will likely force us to reimagine work. Currently, we’re already experiencing the joys of remote work. On the horizon we might encounter shorter weeks and results based evaluations (instead of mandated 8 hour days). Further off, the rapidly progressing capabilities of AI may render a vast chunk of humanity unemployable. What happens then?
