The University of Waterloo comes under fire for excluding all men from applying to certain research positions. In the midst of the inquiry, other discriminatory exclusions are also discovered. The university in tandem with the Canada Research Chairs Program issues these restrictions in the name of diversity. We explore the arguments for and against these stipulations.
