If you’ve been following me for a long (or even short) time, you’ll know that my daughter, Mackenzie has a disability and the impact of her multi-faceted diagnosis is layered in the most beautiful and complex. 

I’m sharing some insight and reasoning into a big decision we are making as a family - getting a dog that will be trained as a therapy assistance animal - and to achieve the outcome, we need you.
