This segment of “Building Knowledge With The Building and Realty Institute (BRI)” examined how the Village of Port Chester in Westchester County in New York State is managing its recent surge in residential development. The episode also provided a look at the efforts of the Port Chester-Rye Brook-Rye Town Chamber of Commerce on behalf of the business community.
