In this episode, I discussed a more simplistic way to create a business plan. Most of my college professors taught me the traditional format of developing a business plan. However, creating a lean business canvas saves more time and it's a great way to build the philosophy of your business idea.
The lean business canvas focuses on nine key elements. Creating a solution for your customer segment problems and having a competitive advantage are some of the important areas I went over.
Business plans are great for entrepreneurs that are in the growth and investment stage of their business. A lean business canvas is great for those just getting started in the ideation stage with their product or service.
