Maddy Harris - the newest member of the Athlete Program Sanctional's Squad - pops in to talk about her rise through the ranks of competitive CrossFit. We also discuss what it's been like running an affiliate through COVID and teaching P.E. at a High School level. Maddy has competed at mutiple Sanctionals and has had an extremely decorated career so far, despite only being 27 years old.
