I have dragged, delayed, procrastinated posting this episode for a while now even though it had been almost ready since last year when I gave the talk...Do you know why?

Because today, I just realised how valuable and counter-cultural the content is and maybe deep down, I was scared of how it would come across, or maybe because I'm also still applying it to my life, or whatever other reason there might be that I'm unaware of...
