This week's episode is about how the key to happiness! Or something that really helps me to boost my mood!
As I mention in the podcast, I have completely changed my life and mindset and it's so refreshing and doing this helped me massively.
When I spoke to my old PT, Nick, yesterday, I said that when I stopped doing the gratitude it had a huge impact on me and he said it's like taking vitamins, you don't notice a difference and then when you stop, that's when you realise how much it helped.
It was so amazing to see him, he really helped me SO much in kick-starting my journey in the gym, losing weight which was what I wanted but also helping my mental health. He is now an online coach and has incredible programs and knowledge, he is called Versatile PT on instagram, if you would like some help in kick-starting yourself into the gym and want a plan, give him a message.
