Anna believes that with employer understanding and employee patience, positions can be fixed and longevity in employment can be achieved.

Anna also talks to us about her other specialty, which is recognizing the stigmas women in the labor force face, and supporting them through it. Even today, women not only battle the wage gap, but they fight being treated and viewed a certain way because they are expected to build a family while the man remains the breadwinner.
