Homemade Salad Dressing:
1 tablespoon olive oil (canola oil can substitute),
1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar (lemon juice or red wine vinegar works great too),
1 teaspoon dried or fresh dill,
1 teaspoon garlic powder,
Pinch of pepper (optional),
Combine all ingredients in a small bowl or mason jar. Feel free to add more herbs such as oregano or parsley. Mix together and top over a bowl of your favorite greens.
