Happy Holiday Season and Solstice Blessings !! Todays episode is the last one of the year and the season. We made it to the end of our first season together. I am so grateful to all of you who have joined in my earbud coven. 

Solstice is the darkest day of the year, and we happen to have a new moon this year over the solstice. It's time of reflection... for going inward. So today's episode is one of reflection. I share a bit about how the podcast came to life and where I hope to go with it next year.
