He is the brain child and owner of Culinary Concepts AB, a purpose-driven venture committed to empowering individuals through the art of cooking. Antwon was also one of ten chefs feature on HBO MAX's series "The Big Brunch" hosted by Dan Levy. We talk about his journey through the culinary world, the hardships and rewards of entrepreneurship, believing in himself, and being told he couldn't make in fine dining as a huge motivator.
