Nowadays, fully or partly remote teams are becoming more commonplace but when Luke, ScreenCloud’s 3rd CoFounder, originally moved to Bangkok, distributed companies weren’t really a thing. In this episode we discuss what having your CoFounders spread across different continents meant for us in our early days. How this affected some of the initial decisions we made about ScreenCloud's team and product setup, and what the value of hindsight has taught us about what we might have done differently.
