In today's episode, we talked about my opinion on leadership. I strongly believe that every person on every team is considered a leader. Each person has a set of skills and flaws, that compliment one another. Throughout the podcast, I gave various examples on how a "non-leader", has the ability to lead their team in a situation that is unknown to their teammates.
