Ep 27: Head Vs Heart ( 🧠v. ❤️)

Listen Later

This week we discuss the pros and cons of thinking with your head vs your heart. We found out that it's more of a spectrum. Read the questions below.
Also,  #FREEBRITNEY!

Should you pursue your dreams, no matter how unlikely it is that they'll come true?

  • Yes, if you're young with no other responsibilities.
  • Of course, how could you possibly know if they'd come true if you don't pursue them?
  • It depends – you have to be honest with yourself and your chance for success, you shouldn't try and be a pop star if you can't sing very well.
  • No, the risk is too high

What is more important in a relationship, stability or passion?

  • Passion for sure.  What's the point of spending your time or your life with someone that doesn't excite you.
  • Stability – passion will always fade, you need someone that'll help you in tough times.
  • It's a mix of both

Imagine you run a business. Money is running low and you need to fire an employee. How do you do it?

  • I fire the one who is the least skilled and most easily replaceable
  • I would fire the one I know would be the most resilient and needs this job the least (like someone doing the job for extra income rather than their main income).
  • I fire the one I like the least

Would you rather be alone forever, or settle for someone nice but less than ideal?

  • I would rather be alone
  • I would settle, life is easier when you've got someone looking out for you.

Do you ask people out on a date, or do you wait for them to do it?

  • I never ask people out because that way you can never be sure of how much they like you.
  • I'd ask people out but I'm definitely way too shy.
  • It's about 50/50.
  • I ask people out usually, though I would love it if someone asked me
  • I always ask people; if you don't ask you don't get it.
