Ep. 27: How to Manage Anxiety Today

Feeling anxious is a common struggle, but it doesn't have to define you. Anxiety can come unexpectedly, and it can be debilitating if it's out of control. In this episode, I share five practical tips to help you overcome anxiety, my simple CALM framework that you can depend on to help you reset in stressful moments, AND a short breathing activity that you can implement right NOW to help overcome anxiety.

Remember, you're not alone in this journey. You can find peace and hope in the midst of fear by turning to God, seeking support, taking care of yourself, and practicing mindfulness.
