1) Explore the boundary. Become intimate & honest with yourself: What feels good and what doesn't? It's absolutely ok if you don't like something!!! Never feel guilty for it.
2) Define the boundary - Become clear of how you want things to be
3) Communicate the boundary clearly to others. You can explain how you feel - or you don't have to. "No" is a complete answer.
4) Trust and honor yourself.💖 The more you practice setting boundaries, the easier it gets.
