Even though we know who we are and whose we are, the enemy tries to place thoughts and things in our mind to make us think otherwise.

And in the moment we may get so overwhelmed that we forget whose we are and who we are.

This is why it is so important to be rooted in God’s word.

This is why it’s so important to Be alert and of sober mind. Your enemy the devil prowls around like a roaring lion looking for someone to devour. 1 Peter 5:8

This is why it’s so important to take our thoughts captive and make them obedient to Christ

We have to gain control over what we think about ourselves and our lives.
