In This Episode, I go over the difference between knee extension & hip extension exercises. For many years while I was lifting weights "at a high level" I wasn't using this information effectively. The reality is, this matters when designing a program for yourself or for others! The difference between hip & knee extension is relevant if you are trying to achieve peak results! It is relevant if you are trying to achieve peak strength and it is relevant if you want to achieve no pain!

Many people associate being strong with having pain and it is an interesting take. It is interesting because there is truth to having a high pain tolerance and being less hurt. This is true because movement is medicine, so is strength. So when you get hurt and keep moving you are also healing yourself. But at the same time i know people as they get stronger they get more banged up. Sure lifting heavy can be tough on the joints but are you hurting because of that or bad form? I bet the pain you're dealing with has more to do with the lack of knowledge and poor form.
