When have you taken the time to see where movement shows up in both your physical world and your mental world? What about stillness?
You see we all have varying degrees of Yin and Yang in our lives, which is exactly how it should be. There is no master, one sized fits all, distribution of movement and stillness we should strive for in order to be happy, authentic, or successful.
What we should be striving to understand instead, is how both Yin and Yang show up in a positive fashion in our lives so that we can better cancel out how movement and stillness show up in self sabotaging ways for us.
