"How could I bring the being of leader more in a situation?"
In a traditional hierarchy, leadership is a uni-directional relationship. If you are having your leadership developed by someone, for you to turn back and point to what they are doing, that won't work.
As soon as you point to their stuff and tell them to take on that work, it fouls everything out. It also breaks the understanding that we have in leadership hierarchy, and it creates a lot of confusion.
Listen and know the right way of leading up, and bring confidence to you even if you feel unnoticed. Enjoy the show!
