Hey Guys, Welcome back to the GraftedIn Podcast!
It’s a no brainer that music and the music industry are a HUGE influence in todays culture and society.
Stars like Taylor Swift (who’s ability to even influence NFL ratings has reached unprecedented territory), Beyoncé, Jay Z, Drake, Kanye, The Beatles, Elvis, Led Zeppelin, Queen, Prince, Whitney, Michael Jackson, the list goes on! Have undoubtedly achieved ‘God’ like status because of their role in shaping the juggernaut that the music industry is today.
The one thing all these legends have in common though…they fail to glorify and thank the REAL God of music. The One to whom they owe thanks for their talents and gifts. The only One who truly deserves to be praised and glorified and worshipped. The One to whom the whole world and everything in it belongs.
Sadly the true purpose of Music and it’s original reasons for creation have become all but an ‘ancient, out dated, over spiritual opinion.’
Tune in this episode to hear the boys talk about the role music has had in THEIR lives, how much their opinions have shifted through their spiritual journeys, plus it’s original intention and purposes as outlined in the Word.
