Yoooooo, January went ahead and got the hell up outta here! Considering all that occurred during the month, it’s probably best for everyone. But, yes it is officially February aka Black History Month! Hopefully, everyone is supporting Black-owned businesses and protecting the most cherished currency there is.....creativity. Aside from the fresh start, Syd spills her guts on a recent venture that wasn’t so successful. While it wasn’t quite derailing or upsetting it led to a deeper dive into coping with losses and mechanisms. Coping with everyday life doesn’t have to be difficult but sometimes more skills are needed than binge-watching 7 seasons of a show on Netflix.
