Linnea Gonzales of Team USA Field Hockey joins us to talk about adversities she's overcome throughout her career, setting boundaries for her physical and mental health, and tips on defining those boundaries with friends, teammates and family members. She also gives some advice on how to approach a situation when you and your teammate may have differences in opinions, and also some tips for introverts who feel like they have difficulty making connections with teammates.
