Starting in June of 2009, Joe Noh and I spent Monday nights becoming Richard Dickens and George McGovernn (not that George McGovern) to host Good Evening.
The hour-long variety show brought the Lawrence, Kan.-audience of 90.7 KJHK the best in ludicrous skits and senseless interviews, usually with a live in-studio musical performance from bands both local and in the midst of nation-wide tours.
We entertained ourselves every week, writing and recording skits and bits throughout the week, conducting interviews with bowling alley staff members and relying heavily on explosion sound effects and Ghostbuster references.
