WHO IS KRYSTAL?
Krystal N. Clark, M.Ed., a native of Portsmouth, VA., earned her B.A. in Sociology/Psychology at the College of William & Mary in Williamsburg, VA and M.Ed. in College Student Personnel at the University of Maryland, College Park. Upon graduation she moved to Durham, NC where she served as the Program Coordinator for Fraternity & Sorority Life at Duke University. In 2011, Clark moved to Nashville to take on the role of Associate Director of Greek Life at Vanderbilt University. In 2013, she was selected to be the Associate Director of the newly created office of Student Leadership Development and in 2015 promoted to Director. In 2020, Krystal became Director of Employee Learning and Organizational Effectiveness in Vanderbilt University Human Resources. In 2018, she became a Gallup-Certified Strengths Coach. Her Top 5 Talents Themes are Maximizer, Input, Relator, Focus, and Significance. In 2019 she completed training for Technology of Participation (ToP) Facilitation Methods conducted by The Institute of Cultural Affairs in the U.S.A. In 2020, she became a facilitator for Google’s #IamRemarkable initiative.
