Disney Conversations is here to have a little fun and a little news, and a lot of Disney!  On this episode, we take a look at the Cast Members in Disney Parks who make the real magic happen.  Sadly, they are also often caught in the middle of what the Disney bigwigs decide and what the visiting guest has to say about it.  While expected to smile and take it from the guests, Cast Members continue to smile and wave.
