Can you imagine someone being kicked out from his parents’ house as a teen, to then move on to buying cash flowing assets in California? That’s Jessie Alvarez’s story!

Coming from a family involved with real estate, Jessie at an early age knew already that real estate appreciates and builds wealth over time. After getting kicked out, he managed to find his first deal through his roommate’s parents who offered seller financing.

Now, Jessie and his wife Isabel are continually scaling their real estate portfolio of 17 doors in Northern California consisting of duplexes and triplexes; all currently long term rentals. He shares how they rehab properties for less and scale faster through BRRRR strategy.
