Naz Perez is a TV Producer, Host & Podcaster. She got her production start on the hit daytime talk show Ellen, and then went on to produce for E!’s Live from the Red Carpet and the popular E! True Hollywood Story docu-series. After E!, she produced 5 seasons of number one prime-time show ABC’s The Bachelor, The Bachelorette, and Bachelor in Paradise and 2 Bachelor spin-off series on Freeform called Happily Ever After. She left reality TV in 2017 to pursue a career on camera and is currently an on-camera host for Rotten Tomatoes, Fandango, The Los Angeles Dodgers, T-Mobile, and The I Don’t Get It Podcast. She has also worked for various digital outlets including but not limited to; Clever, ATTN, & Citizen Watch. In addition to hosting, Naz is the founder of a support group for people that are heart broken called Heart Broken Anonymous.

We talked about her journey in Hollywood, what channels her ambition and how to decide when to take a big leap in your career. She explains the power of authenticity, and that what makes you unique is your greatest strength. We also discuss Heart Broken Anonymous, the support group she has created for the broken hearted. She honors all forms of heartbreak, from breakups to job loss, death and homelessness. HBA is safe space to share, listen and grieve without judgement. While it is LA based, there are pop-ups around the country and she is currently hosting virtual meetings.
