Kara Yarnot leads the strategic talent acquisition practice at HireClix, a recruitment advertising and consulting firm. Kara led recruiting teams at a variety of Fortune 500 companies such as SAIC where she was vice president of Talent Acquisition where she led her team to hire 7,500 people annually.
