Well since this is a time of "social distancing" and not being able to go the gym, I wanted to create an episode that will give you some more ideas on how to make your own at home training program. I go into more detail on my top 5 movement categories as well as the exercise variations within them. I also give a ton of information on different ways you can program those exercises while training at home.
