This is a special episode where Justin and I talked about the issue of depression and share our thoughts/opinions on this matter based on the tragic death of legendary Anthony Bourdain. The National Institute of Mental Health (NIMH) suggests that approximately 16 million of American adults had at least one major depressive episode in 2012. Also, according to the World Health Organization (WHO), 350 million people worldwide suffer from depression. It is time for all of us to recognize this problem and work toward finding plausible solutions.
