Without looking at statistics, we know that suicidality, attempts and suicide have increased over the last few years, even for children.
Brianne, Will and I have a discussion on suicidality to break the walls of shame and isolation so many endure unnecessarily. The first part of the discussion is on resourcing yourself when feeling suicidal and the second part is on holding space for someone that is showing up feeling suicidal.
