This wasn't the episode I planned this week.

You see, I am grieving at the moment and the waves that come and go are intense and un-predictable.

Today was one of those days, where I just felt the verge of tears. Where my energy was low and I was struggling to focus. So instead of the episode I planned, I decided to share with you how I sit with my big emotions, safely experience them so that I am not repressing them down to re-surface later (which they absolutely will!)
