Apparently, some numpty thinks we introverts cannot be cool. And worse still, they said it to a huge audience as if it were fact. Cue my John McEnroe moment: you cannot be serious. In this episode I call out the lazy research, the extraversion bias and the sloppy definitions that keep throwing we introverts into the uncool bucket. I also share what I believe really makes people cool and why it has nothing to do with status or noise. It is about being real, a little brave, and unapologetically yourself.
