THE BEST FRIEND 2 STEPStep 1 — Check in with yourself right now. What do you actually need today? Name it. Make a plan to give it to yourself — even if it is small. You matter enough to be on your own agenda.
Step 2 — Interrupt one unkind thought today. Just one. The moment you catch yourself being unkind — stop then reframe. What would your best friend say to you right now? Say that instead.
The YOU Step — Get still. Get quiet. Ask yourself — what is my heart telling me to do next? Whatever comes up — that is your next right aligned step. Not the whole plan. Just the next move. Trust her Friend. She already knows.
