The 4th quarter is really interesting to me. It always has been. One one end it means that we're winding down, getting to see some family, and reflecting. On the other hand there is this awesome push for trying to go hard for the next 70 days are really be productive on all your goals you set. And then there's my favorite time of year....January?!?!
