Bill has helped build the REIT's portfolio of assets from $50 million worth of coastal berry ground to nearly $600 Million worth of well diversified high value farmland all over the the Western U.S. Specifically concentrating in almonds and pistachios in the San Joaquin Valley. Bill has dedicated much time to industry leadership and support over the years, past Chairman of the California Strawberry Commission and the past Chairman of Ventura County As Association.
