This episode is a guided meditation that I created for a fundraiser event in response to the devastating Australian Bushfires earlier this year (2020) However this meditation can be used by anyone wanting to restore the mind and find a sense of calmness in the body. Anxiety and overwhelm are common in our time and especially with the outbreak of CV many people are feeling anxious about world events. This meditation is for anyone wanting to create harmony within the body and use that to positively impact the world. I hope you enjoy.
