Excited to debut our Cock Talk segment of the podcast, where I sat down with Wolfie aka Kel. At the time of recording he's about half-way through a 5-6 stage ALT Phalloplasty with Kaiser Permanente with bottom surgeons, Dr. Salim, Dr. Thomas and a helping hand from Dr. Safa. We discuss his journey through bottom surgery so far, his struggles, successes, preparations and complications. If you're considering phallo, especially, ALT, be sure to tune in!

We’re going to have two streams running on this podcast, the first one is the Mod Love episodes with Lucah and I talking about life, love and sex as transmen. The second is Cock Talks where I’m interviewing guys and theys who have undergone some form of bottom surgery. Bottom surgery, if you don’t know means genital surgery in the trans world. On our youtube channel, we are also uploading interviews with surgeons, but those are not getting uploaded to the podcast, so search for the Mod Club on YouTube and subscribe if you want to watch those. This upcoming interview was my very first one and I completely forgot to give my guest a proper introduction, so to do that now, I’m speaking to Wolfie from California. He’s 2 stages into approximately a 5-6 stage ALT phalloplasty procedure. ALT stands for Anterior-Lateral Thigh, which basically means the surgeons are creating a phallus aka dick, from a tissue taken from the thigh.
