Connecting with clients is a skill that is entirely it's own. We've met many dog trainers who are awesome with dogs but may sometimes struggle with certain types of clients. We've definitely been there many times ourselves! Having had to navigate our own paths through these situations, we are now excited to be able to share our experiences with you.
