Ahhhh... Connection. We crave it, we need it, we want more of it... Our hearts need to feel the love.

In this episode I explore where we look for connection and how we falsify what we are really looking for through our search for connection with people and things. I talk directly to our want to be someone to somebody but we are not being our true self to ourselves first, causing the chase.
I speak about going deeper with what it is your heart is seeking and how to easily grab at what feels right. I bring to light being connected through choices and boundaries so your life can always feel connected. Connection is a FEELING and I embark on how to tap into what that feeling means for you so you can have better days, weeks, months and years aligning to a better life for YOU!
