In today's episode, FIM had on our first guest appearance, Chase Harris. Chase and I met back in our Exercise Physiology graduate program and have recently reconnected in the last year or so through our passion of health and fitness. Chase has had multiple positions in the health and fitness industry and we could not have asked for a better guest on the show.
On his podcast "The Chase Is On", he released an episode talking about CrossFit from a "non-CrossFitter" perspective, which really sparked some conversations between us so I wanted to have him on the Fitness in Motion to continue those points. In this episode, we have two dudes talking about what CrossFit is, what has changed with it over the years, and what you could consider when exploring it more for yourself.
