You may or may not like feelings haha and both are okay! The thing is, we all have stuff that weighs us down with stress/anxiety/overwhelm and often times we may not even realize the toll it's taking. By practicing meditation and mindful living we make a little space to recognize what is going on, and begin to move through it to a place of peace. This is why I incorporate Hawaiian Meditations that I've written into every class I teach/event I speak at/etc. It is so important to take the time to slow down, notice our breath, and feel the things. Then, we come out feeling so much happier and more fulfilled :)
