We often don’t know how to do something and fear comes in because it’s unknown. We get so caught up in the fear of the unknown that we don't know how to do it we become unwilling to do it and learn.
A lot of people require all the hows in place before they're willing to do it. That's the problem. One of my mentors, James often says, “eff the how for now”.
How is:
Surrendering to the process of learning and growing is how. You didn’t learn to walk when you were a baby overnight, you literally took baby steps. Like other new skills and ventures you try, baby steps are necessary before you start running triathlons.
