What if recognizing multiple contributions in others strengthened the way you lead? I’m here to tell you, it does. In this episode we’re talking Intelligent Leadership. You may lead a huge organization, a home, a classroom, a community of people, or lead by wielding influence in a room— The truth is, we’re all leaders somewhere.
As leaders, we have a responsibility to care about what God cares about, “and if we’re not after people the way He is we’re going to be held responsible for that.” And you know what’s wonderful? As we lead others looking for and welcoming their contribution we see that “Buy-in comes through relationship and contribution.” No one is supposed to have every answer and we’re addressing that head-on. Enough with the lie that says “There is something wrong and needy about a leader who has to get answers from others.”
