I interview Mike Marshall, whose activist mission of self-actualization and social justice led him to become an early and influential champion for gay marriage and environmentalism in the state of California.  Mike is now the director of Oregon Recovers, a Portland-based advocacy program looking to guide policy and shift state narratives of addiction into a more compassionate and thoughtful track.   Mike shares his unique story as well as his own musings on and experiences with our shared name.
